Jacqueline

I am qualified in Ballet, Modern, Tap and National, having trained in West London, finishing with my teacher training with Elizabeth Harrison. I then took two years out of college to dance in summer and winter seasons in Margate and Jersey. I then went on to get Diplomas in Ballet and Modern and have recently gained my CDE (certificate in Dance Education) in Health and Safety. I am CRB Checked.

I thoroughly enjoy teaching, watching our VSD children grow and develop their dance skills and confidence. I am constantly delighted that so many of my pupils stay with us for such a long time, with many coming back to my Adult classes, helping at show time and now teaching with me.

Harriet Gray

I have been dancing at VSD since 1988 and in recent years have assisted in teaching and choreographing with and for Jacqueline.

I have a GCSE in Dance, an AS and an A Level in Dance and Performing Arts. I also studied for a BA Honours in Dance Studies at Roehampton University. I'm extremely excited to have my DDI (Diploma in Dance Instruction) in Tap and working towards my DDE (Diploma in Dance Education).

I also run the admin side of VSD on Saturday mornings. Taking fee money, uniform orders and answering any questions.

Meg Edmonds

Meg has been dancing with the VSD since the age of 2. She is a familiar face within the dance school. She is now helping with Jacqueline's younger classes on Mondays and Saturdays.

She is able to answer general questions and take uniform orders.

Dick

I am very sad to inform you, that Dick will not be playing the piano on Saturday mornings anymore. At the grand age of 90 he has decided that it is a little too much for him, as he has not been very well recently. We will all miss him at VSD, he has been very much part of our dancing community since 1988.
