Welcome to Village School of Dance

The Village School of Dance was established in January 1988 by Jacqueline Gregory.

The school follows the world renowned ISTD (Imperial Society Teachers of Dancing) Syllabus, in Ballet, Modern & Tap. We also offer Musical Theatre and Street Jazz & Stretch. It provides a thorough and developmental syllabus that brings dancers through the grades up to professional level.

Our philosophy at the Village School aims to focus on each individual child to reach their full potential while at the same time gaining confidence, self esteem, good deportment and most of all having fun.

The Village School is a small and friendly dance school, offering children the opportunity to take Ballet, Modern and Tap Exams regularly and perform in our bi-annual show; this is set on a stage with lighting, props and fantastic costumes. This show is a big event for the school bringing families back who still enjoy being involved even though they no longer dance with us. We are invited by the National Trust's Osterley Park each year to perform on their Family Day.

We also have classes for adults: Body Shape & Tone & Ab Attack. These classes do exactly what they say! Adult Tap classes are great for beginners and non beginners. It is a fun Tap class and an excellent way to keep fit.
